Returns Policy

If you have a problem with your order we will work to fix it! Please note all food items are un-returnable once they leave our facility. Non edible products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Orders with Less than 5 Bouquets

Orders with less then 5 bouquets can be cancelled and refunded up until the time a shipping label is created for it.

Orders with MORE than 5 Bouquets

Orders for personal use, promotional use, re-sale or otherwise noted that contain 6 or more bouquets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the order is placed. We do our best to ship our packages as quickly as possible so be sure you are fully ready to purchase when you check out.
